CABINS: Arranged with 1,2,3, & 4 Bedroom configurations with common Livingroom areas and a fireplace*. All cabins also have a river-facing porch. As people Register, we will do our very best to assign a Cabin and a Room that is the most accommodating. ***IF REGISTERING WITH OTHERS, PLEASE INFORM US ASAP SO WE PLACE YOU IN THE SAME CABINS AND/OR ROOMS.

BATHROOMS: Each Cabin has clean, modern, and private Full Bathroom with shower. Generally, there is 1 Full Bathroom per Room.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: SOME ROOMS ARE SHARED***

FAMILIES: of 3 or more will have their own room with 3-5 Single Beds. Some cabin rooms contain a Queen Bed and several Single Beds. Families with small children will want to consider bring a pack-and-play, inflatable mattress, cot, or bed-roll and the necessary bedding. We will do our best to place families as conveniently as possible.

COUPLES: Depending on registrations, 2 sets of Couples may end up sharing a room. Many of the Cabin Rooms contain 4 single beds. Remember, this is a Family Camp and Retreat. ***Couples who are registering together or are meeting up at the Summit are encouraged to email us ahead of time to ensure you are in the same Cabin.

WOMEN: Women and/or Mother/Daughter Registrations will be in a Cabin designated just for them. The Cabin may have 1-4 Rooms and each Room will have 2-4 Single Beds in them. Rooms may end up being shared, but no more than 4 total women would be in any given Room. Each Room generally has its own Full Bathroom.

MEN: Men and/or Father/Son Registrations will be in a Cabin designated just for Men. The Cabin may have 1-4 Rooms and each Room has 2-4 Single Beds in them. Rooms may end up being shared, but with no more than 4 Total men in any given room. Each Room generally has its own Full Bathroom.
